HOW DO I LOG IN?


Tennille Collection has made it very easy for you to create your own profile by following some simple steps on the sign-in page to register.

We recommend that you use your email address as your username and please make sure your password is at least six (6) characters in length and you should remember your password for every time you log in.




HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?


When ordering online from us, it is very easy and efficient.

To start shopping, sign in to your registered account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the steps to create an account with your email address then you can sign in and continue through the checkout process.

When you see the item that you would like to purchase on our site, simply select the color, size and quantity, then simply click ‘add to cart’. After items are added to your shopping cart, you can proceed to make payment.

If you don't have a bank card and wish to make a payment with cash, we will accept your payment via a bank deposit (information will be given at checkout process).

Finally, simply click ‘place order’. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information.

The total shipping cost will depend on the type of shipping method you selected.

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I PAY?


All our products are priced in US currency.

If you use a different currency, your bank will convert the currency.

You can also use the converter provided on our homepage to change the currency before purchasing in order to get the correct conversion.

When making a direct offline payment in XCD, Cents should be rounded off to its nearest ones (dollar). For eg; 1. An item is priced $50 USD. When you are paying in XCD the approximate amount due is $135.12 XCD Therefore, the amount that should be paid is $135.00 2. An item is priced $54 USD. When you are paying in XCD the approximate amount due is $145.93 XCD. Therefore, the amount that should be paid is $146.00 XCD

Tennille Collection apologizes for any inconvenience caused, however, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. Tennille Collection encourages all customers to submit payment for items as soon as possible. If an item is extremely popular and is limited in stock, it is possible to sell out quickly. The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed after the checkout process.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?


Unfortunately, for hygienic and packaging reasons, all sales are final.

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING AN ORDER WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO GET IT?


The time you placed an order and the type of shipping rate you choose determines when you will receive your order. We ship orders only on business days. Monday to Friday.

WHAT MATERIAL IS USED FOR TENNILLE COLLECTION?


All our swimsuits are made from polyester and are 100% swim-proof fabric.




HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMSUIT?


We advise that you always try to have the delicate swimsuit last longer and looking newer by simply avoiding the use of tanning oils / creams and keeping away from rough surfaces to avoid pulling of fabric. Do not dry clean or machine wash your swimsuit. We highly recommend that you hand wash! It is the best! Use a mild soap then rinse in cold water and dry in shade. Also, Do not iron!




MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO TENNILLE COLLECTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


All packages returned to us as an invalid address was provided or you did not pick up your package at the necessary location. We will try to contact you, however, we will not be able to redeliver any order for free as all returned deliveries are processed by our returns team. Please be advised that if you deny any order, it will be automatically cancelled and there will be a 50% credit from the order total which will be in customer's account for next purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes we do! Presently, we only ship to the US and the UK. International shipping takes within 10 - 21 business days. Items shipped outside of Grenada will be through the Grenada Postal Corporation. If you are outside of Grenada, USA and UK and wish to place an order, feel free and contact us as we have to send package through FedEx and due to the laws and currency rates in different countries, you may be subject to custom fees, taxes and/or service charges which are not included in the total cost of your order.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY SUNGLASSES?


We urge our customers to keep their sunglasses in its optimal state. Always try to clean, store and handle your sunglasses with care. When holding your sunglasses, hold the frame by gripping the piece that crosses the bridge of the nose.




HOW DO I CLEAN MY SUNGLASSES?


It is best to use a mild liquid dish soap to was the lens surface of your sunglasses and rinse in warm water. Dry using the soft, clean, absorbent cloth that was provided in the pouch bag. Do not use paper-based products such as paper towel, tissue, napkin or household cleaners such as windex, because these chemicals can actually tear off any coating that is on the lens.




HOW CAN I STORE MY SUNGLASSES?


When you are not wearing your sunglasses please try to store in the original pouch bag that was provided to you from Tennille Collection. This is a great way to keep dust and dirt away from your sunglasses and also protects your specs from getting scratched, bent or broken.




HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SWIMSUIT?


Fill a sink or tub with cool water. Add mild hand soap, not laundry detergent, to prevent fading. Soak the swimwear for 15 minutes, then gently massage it to work out any dirt and chemicals. Drain the soapy water and rinse the swimsuit until the water runs clear.
